Cycling route from Ching Ho Estate to the main water pipe

Route: Ching Ho Estate > Sheung Yue River Sitting-out Area > the main water pipe

This Loco vlog sets off from Ching Ho Estate in Sheung Shui.

Ride the cycle track along Po Wing Road to the Fanling Highway roundabout.

If you're coming from Fanling, Tai Po or Sha Tin, you can start the ride here too.


Ride the cycle track outside Choi Po Court. After you cross the road and the subway, there are more heavy vehicles. Watch carefully for traffic before you cross.



Ride along the Ng Tung River to the end and you reach the MTR Lo Wu locomotive running shed, where the diesel locomotives sleep.
You can also look across to the cityscape of Lo Wu.


A reminder: the main water pipe is now fenced off. For safety, you can only take photos from ground level.
