Cycling route from City One Sha Tin to Lung Hang Estate

Cycle tracks surround City One Sha Tin on all four sides. Today we start along Ngan Shing Street.

The cycle track behind Prince of Wales Hospital is shaded by trees and quieter, so it is a more comfortable ride.

After the photo, keep riding along the east bank of the Shing Mun River. The east bank has more ups and downs, so take care as you ride.

Past Jat Min and Tsang Tai Uk there is a run of downhill then uphill. Test your brakes before the descent, and if you are short on energy, get off and push when it is safe.

Past Che Kung Temple and through the tunnel, you are almost at Sun Chui Estate. Keep riding the tree-lined avenue, turn a corner, and this ride ends at Lung Hang Estate.
