Cycling route from the LOHAS Park Road roundabout to Hang Hau Station

Route: the LOHAS Park Road roundabout > Hong Kong Velodrome > Hang Hau Man Kuk Lane Park > Hang Hau Station
Hong Kong Velodrome Park
The park covers about 5.3 hectares. That is only 1/4 the size of Victoria Park, but it is packed with facilities, such as a children's playground, an elderly fitness corner, a lawn terrace and a model-boat pool.

Every spring this is when the Taiwan cherry and the Yoshino cherry are in bloom. They do not grow as thickly as in Japan, but they are enough to take the edge off being homesick.

The park also has a shared cycle path running between Hang Hau and Sheung Tak. Watch for people on foot as you ride.

Hong Kong Velodrome
Hong Kong's first indoor cycling venue built to Union Cycliste Internationale standards, and members of the Hong Kong team train here from time to time.
And the interior is of course all about the bicycle. There are lots of related exhibits and displays, so the public can learn more about how cycling has developed in Hong Kong.

Hang Hau Man Kuk Lane Park
Man Kuk Lane Park in Hang Hau is laid out as a modern Chinese garden, with a walkway over the pond leading to a small waterfall.
Besides the old-world design, many flowers are planted here, including azaleas, pear blossom and golden trumpet trees.
