Leave San Tin Public Transport Interchange, follow the footpath under the bridge, and join the next section of cycle track


Cross the road and you are back on the cycle track. At a glance it really has a touch of Tolo Highway about it!


At Mai Po Lung Road quite a few heavy vehicles come and go. Watch the traffic!

After the easy bit, the never-ending climb begins... If you are running out of steam, dismount only when it is safe, and do not block other people on bikes


This descent is one of the dangerous sections of the Tuen Ma cycle track. The risk is coming down through a bend
Before you unlock a bike, try the brakes and make sure they work, so you stay out of trouble

The Tuen Ma cycle track has plenty of broken sections, but if you follow the signs and stay on the cycle track you are unlikely to get lost


Leave Castle Peak Road and turn into Yau Pok Road. This is the most comfortable stretch of this Loco vlog: the ground is flat, and you can enjoy the rural scenery as you ride
