   ^ Only UnionPay credit cards issued in Hong Kong are accepted

4. Precautions:
   (1) All payments are non-refundable
   (2) This top-up option applies only to the first LocoBike rented under the account. If the account rents more than one bike at the same time, the additional bikes will not be charged under the top-up amounts, but will instead be charged at a rate of 1 Ticket per 30 minutes.
   (3) All top-up amounts can only be used for cycling purposes
   (4) The top-up amount will be directly added to my wallet, and after riding, fee will be automatically deducted from the Wallet Credit for every 30 minutes.
   (5) Before using the bicycle, please make sure that there is no arrears/fines in the wallet. If there is any arrears/fines, you must pay it before you can continue to use it
   (6) Every time I lock and return the car, a fee of $5^* per half hour is calculated and deducted from my wallet.
   ^*Actual prices may vary depending on circumstances. We will notify users of any future fee changes in advance and clearly post details of any such changes on our platform.
   
   In case of any disputes, Loco reserves the right of final decision.
